Our expectations were high – fast deployment of global communications, strong engagement at the most senior levels of the organisation, tight planning, the delivery of over 40 training courses across 30+ countries in 4 months, the need for multi-lingual training delivery and the management of interactions with 800 sales people. Not surprisingly with a project of this scale we faced some challenges along the way but Rob’s steadfast and proactive partnership proved to be invaluable in keeping us on track and in meeting our demanding goals and expectations.
The most noticeable outcomes from the implementation of this sales performance improvement initiative have included increased accountability, motivation and professionalism which have had a measurable impact on our business success.

We are passionate about focusing training on the right KPIs and behaviours – those that really matter to your business, as well as using robust, proven sales processes and techniques.
Important as they are, we believe that training programmes are events and achieving successful sales results is a journey. However, critical success factors are: disciplined post-training transfer of learning into the workplace, operational and cultural integration of the new sales skills, knowledge, tools and processes, combined with deliberate practice supported by coaching. In addition, there is no substitute for hard work.

This is no different to the approach of elite athletes who are legendary for the intensive work with their trainers and coaches on their technique, skills, fitness and mental attitude to produce world-beating results. Success never happens overnight. It takes sustained effort and substantial personal investment to strive for the top and stay there.
There is one difference with sales however…the time-frame expectations to achieve high performance results are typically significantly shorter.
